How AbroadQ readiness scores and planning guides work

AbroadQ scores describe planning readiness using your saved information and configured route rules. They are not probabilities of admission, visa approval, a job offer or a scholarship award.

What a readiness score means

The app combines profile information with route-specific scoring rules, components, gates and cautions. Missing or weak evidence can affect confidence and the next actions shown. AI is not the source of truth for the scoring calculation.

Two people can have a similar readiness score and different tasks. One may need stronger language evidence; another may need to resolve a credential or funding question. Read the explanation, missing information and confidence alongside the number.

What the score does not decide

A university, government authority, employer or scholarship provider makes its own decision using its rules and the full evidence. AbroadQ does not submit an application or represent you before those organizations.

A high score does not remove a mandatory requirement. A missing condition should remain visible until you verify it. The sample audit uses illustrative data and is not an assessment of a real applicant.

How to read sources and dates

Public guides link official sources near the relevant discussion and identify the date their source links were checked. A checked date describes our review of that guide's references, not a promise that every provider page will stay unchanged.

When a price, rule, deadline or award cycle is missing or uncertain, our guidance should say so. Your institution's current terms and the relevant authority's instructions take precedence over a planning summary. Read the editorial policy for how to report a correction.

Free planning and paid audit access

You can read public guides, inspect the sample audit and start a free route plan. The paid audit adds the comparison, explanation and planning features listed on Pricing. General public content does not expose another user's profile, documents or audit.

Payment does not improve a readiness score or change eligibility. An audit is a dated snapshot: update your profile and review the available refresh action when important facts change.
