AbroadQ.com and the AbroadQ web application are operated by nan tech llc.

These Terms are between you and nan tech llc. References to "AbroadQ," "we," "us," or "our" mean nan tech llc operating the AbroadQ website, application, reports, audits, scoring tools, roadmap tools, evidence workflows, and related services.

By creating an account, signing in, using a route plan, uploading evidence, running a simulation, unlocking an audit, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use AbroadQ.

nan tech llc provides educational information, structured self-assessment, deterministic readiness scoring, evidence planning, simulations, and source-backed audit tools.

The service is not a law firm, immigration consultancy, visa agent, university admissions representative, financial adviser, tax adviser, recruiter, employer, school, scholarship provider, or government body.

Scores, readiness bands, route rankings, cautions, recommendations, source notes, and audits are planning aids only.

They do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visa approval, work authorization, job offers, permanent residence, timeline certainty, or any other decision by a school, employer, regulator, consulate, embassy, or government authority.

AbroadQ does not file applications, submit visa forms, submit university applications, act as your representative, communicate with government bodies, schools, employers, or scholarship providers on your behalf, or provide case-management services.

AbroadQ does not provide job placement, recruitment, employer sponsorship, admission placement, scholarship placement, loan placement, or guaranteed interviews.

Unless clearly stated in writing, AbroadQ is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting for any government, embassy, consulate, university, college, employer, scholarship provider, testing body, bank, or immigration authority.

Names, marks, source references, route labels, and scholarship references are used only to help users understand public planning information.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, current, and lawful information. If your facts change, you should update your profile and regenerate scores or audits before relying on them.

You are responsible for checking official sources, meeting deadlines, obtaining qualified professional advice where needed, and deciding whether to proceed with any application, payment, upload, or submission.

You must not hide refusals, overstays, criminal issues, medical concerns, employment gaps, funding issues, document problems, or other material facts that may affect your planning.

You must not use AbroadQ to hide material facts, misrepresent eligibility, fabricate or alter documents, bypass official systems, evade legal requirements, harass others, reverse engineer security controls, or upload information you do not have permission to use.

We may restrict access, remove content, or preserve records where misuse, security risk, or unlawful activity is suspected.

Do not upload documents, photos, or personal information unless you have the right to use them for your own planning. Do not upload another person's information without permission.

Do not upload passwords, one-time passwords, government portal credentials, bank login details, full card numbers, or credentials for school, visa, test, or payment portals.

Uploaded files and extracted details are planning inputs only. AbroadQ does not verify that a document is genuine, complete, accepted by an official body, or sufficient for an application.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an AbroadQ account. AbroadQ does not currently provide a parent or guardian consent flow for users under 18.

If a younger student needs planning support, a parent, guardian, or trusted adult should manage the account and decide what information is appropriate to provide.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and protecting your login credentials. Activity under your account may be treated as your activity unless you notify us of unauthorized access.

We may use authentication, row-level security, audit logs, and product events to operate, protect, and improve the service.

Official AbroadQ support is available through support@abroadq.com and the support routes shown inside the app.

Do not pay any person who claims they can guarantee visas, admissions, jobs, scholarships, PR, score changes, special access, or faster government decisions through AbroadQ.

AbroadQ will not ask for cash, personal bank credentials, government portal passwords, one-time passwords, or unofficial payments outside the payment flow shown in the app.

Paid audits are generated from your saved profile, score run, available source notes, and audit configuration at the time of generation. They are a snapshot and may become outdated when your facts, public rules, sources, or product logic change.

Source freshness indicators are provided to improve transparency. They do not guarantee that every official source is complete, current, or applicable to your individual facts.

Scholarship amounts, eligibility notes, deadlines, and route requirements are planning signals from available sources and must be verified on official provider, school, employer, or government websites before you act.

You may contact support@abroadq.com within 7 days of a paid audit unlock to request support review for a duplicate charge, failed unlock, missing PDF access, or a generated audit that is unusable due to a technical error.

Refund or correction decisions are reviewed case by case. This review process does not apply because of disagreement with a score, change in personal plans, immigration outcome, school decision, employer decision, or government decision.

Payments for AbroadQ products should be made only through the checkout or payment flow shown inside the app or on the official AbroadQ website.

AbroadQ is not responsible for payments made to unofficial agents, consultants, recruiters, social media accounts, messaging apps, or personal bank accounts claiming to represent AbroadQ.

Caution prompts identify cases where self-assessment may be unreliable. A prompt does not create a professional-client relationship or replace qualified legal, immigration, financial, or admissions advice.

Document extraction is part of upload and evidence workflows. Optional workflows such as marketing email and non-essential account product analytics require a user-facing consent choice. Third-party integrations, including hosting and analytics providers, payment providers, email providers, or AI services, may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

AbroadQ may use cookie-free Web Analytics for site traffic measurement. Advertising pixels, retargeting pixels, session replay, or third-party marketing trackers must be controlled by the Privacy Choices workflow.

If you download, export, forward, print, screenshot, or otherwise share an audit, roadmap, route result, score explanation, document summary, or PDF, you are responsible for where that copy goes.

Shared copies may contain sensitive planning details. AbroadQ cannot control how another person uses a copy after you share it.

AbroadQ is under active development. Features, pricing, country coverage, route logic, audit formats, source references, and integrations may be changed, paused, or discontinued.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, unless mandatory consumer or local laws provide otherwise.
